ARTE & FRANK SALON POLICY

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
We understand that life throws surprises at us. Unfortunately late cancellations and no shows have become a recent problem. This means clients miss out on appointment times as well as the team missing out on income. We send out appointment confirmation text messages 48hrs before your appointment to allow notice. Cancellations made within 24hrs of appointment time may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of your service. By booking with us you acknowledge and agree to this.

NEW CLIENTS
All new clients are required to pay a 50% deposit or up to $100 to secure your appointment. No payment details are kept on file.

LATE APPOINTMENTS
If You are running late for an appointment please call the salon. If you are more than 20mins late we may need to reschedule your appointment and a fee may incur.

FIX UP OR REDOS
If at any time you are not 100% satisfied with your service and feel like we missed something please let us know within 10 days of your original appointment and we will make necessary adjustments. Outside this time may incur a fee.
